About Estepona
Estepona is on the Costa del Sol and lies between the towns of Jubrique and Juzcar to the north with Benahabis to the northeast. To the south is the Mediterranean Sea.
Estepona has 23 km of coastline and 130 km², with a mild climate throughout the year. It is very close to Gibraltar, which gives a special distinction to this town, which provides a rainfall rate higher than the national average, and
strong winds from east and west which in turn determine the temperature of the water. The easterly winds bring with them slightly warmer waters with a moderate swell, while the west winds cool it down and give it a calm and crystalline appearance.
In Estepona you can find a variety of bars and restaurants with typical touches, or international food, hamburgers or pizzas.
Enjoy a Mediterranean climate in Estepona, with warm temperatures almost all year round. The average temperature is 17º (winter) 41º or 42º in summer.
