About Gibraltar
Part of British territory, Gibraltar is a promontory on the southern coast of Spain. It is called the Rock of Gibraltar, a mountain about 426 m high. In the Middle Ages the Moors were first established, then to the government of Spain, which then ceded to the British in the year 1713.
In the upper part of Gibraltar is the Peñón Natural Reserve. One of the most visited places for excursions to Gibraltar, where you can see the monkeys.
