The Puerto Banús fashion sector had a turnover of 282 million euros in 2023 The fashion sector of Puerto Banús, one of the most exclusive nautical venues in southern Europe, had a turnover of around 282 million euros in 2023, according to the marina concession company yesterday.

Banús concentrates in a space about two kilometers long establishments of one hundred fashion brands in the luxury segment, including Bvlgari, Rolex, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Dolce&Gabbana and Valentino.

The site houses the largest concentration of luxury commercial premises in Spain, after Madrid's's Golden Mile.

Banús, which has 200 commercial premises, also has 915 moorings for boats; It receives an average of five million visitors a year, most of them from abroad and with high purchasing power; and generates more than 950 million euros per year, according to the concessionaire.

«The customer profile is one hundred percent international and comes from all over Europe and the Middle East. This is a clientele with high purchasing power who like to stay in Marbella or have a second residence in the city and choose to spend a few months a year here. "He is usually between 30 and 60 years old and loves fashion," says one of the firms in the sector that has a store in the marina and also has a presence in Venice or Miami.
